Returns Policy

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the damage.

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will advise you of the next steps. If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy where required.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect selection by the customer.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Gift Vouchers

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
