Hi, I’m Jessica—a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience across emergency, surgical and acute care, including plastics, vascular, and head and neck surgery.

My passion lies in understanding the human body as an interconnected system. I’m fascinated by how our biology is influenced not only by physiology, but also by our thoughts, emotions, past lived experiences, environment, and the quality of our relationships. I believe these factors can profoundly shape our health and wellbeing, and I love connecting the dots between the nervous system, the body’s other systems, and the world we live in.

Through Energy State Health, my mission is to bridge the gap between Western medicine and the wisdom found in many Eastern healthcare traditions. By combining evidence-informed science with a broader understanding of human health, I hope to make complex concepts accessible and encourage people to think differently about wellbeing.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me reading, spending time in nature, dancing front row at a music gig or making memories with my two young boys and parter. I’m endlessly curious, always learning, and passionate about helping people better understand themselves because I believe education is one of the most powerful tools we have for improving health.
