Jess has a passion for holistic healing and curiosity for all things on the cutting edge of modern science and ancient wisdom.

Jess’ journey began in 2012 where her calling for helping others began. Her core belief is that individuals need healing not only on a physical level, but on an emotional, spiritual and psychological level. This means looking inward at the root causes of emotional blockages, subconscious beliefs and traumas that may be manifesting through the physical body. Jess has been practising Reiki for over 10 years and is trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage. She is also a Division 1 Registered Nurse having worked with medical, surgical and emergency department patients at large metropolitan hospitals. Some of her hobbies include meditation, yoga, reading and being outdoors.
